For centuries the Oliva family has been prominent in tobacco production. The Olivas finally left Cuba and established farms in various countries in search of the ideal area to reproduce the quality of the tobacco grown in their homeland. Oliva Cigars found a home in Nicaragua, where they are currently the second-largest Cuban seed producer of tobacco. Oliva has produced several highly praised blends that have been placed numerous times in Cigar Aficionado’s Top 25 Cigars list and made the Oliva brand a tremendous success.
